I baked and designed this giant cupcake. The cake is double chocolate butter pound cake with vanilla butter cream filling. The red shell was handmade with candy melts flavored with cherry emulsion and roses are handmade from fondant. All decorations are dusted with U.S. certified ruby red crystal color.
