12 inch/30cm 6 inch/15cm high chocolate cake with layers of Chocolate and vanilla Italian meringue buttercream. Toffee fondant....then coloured royal icing applied for texture, then hand painted and hand made fantasy flowers made out of white chocolate fondant.
