Faced another fear and tried making Swiss Meringue Butter Cream Icing for the first time. It's awesome! Not sweet at all. So shiny, smooth, light and buttery. Pink is vanilla flavoured and Purple is orange flavoured. Vanilla orange cake with white orange flavoured SMBC used as filling. Also added some pretty fondant butterflies painted with luster dust. These 4 took about an hour to paint. I really enjoyed decorating this cake and am quite happy with how it turned out :)
