Wizard Of Oz Birthday Cake
This is a Wizard of Oz cake I made for my daughter's 5th birthday. The top tier is yellow cake with strawberry mousse filling and the bottom is chocolate cake with cookies and cream filling. The Emerald City and witch legs are fondant (first time using!), the flowers are royal icing and the rainbow is chocolate. It was super fun to make. I got a lot of inspiration from this site.
