This was for my daughter's 2nd birthday - she loves "Mimmie!" Cake is red and white "polka dots" inside AND out! Two tiers of cake: the bottom tier is 10", red velvet with cream cheese filling, covered with ganache then mmf. Top tier is 8", white WASC with red "dots" (red sprinkles in the batter), with raspberry filling, covered with ganache then mmf. Hat is black candy melts - I used the sports ball pan to mold the hat then cut circles for ears out of more candy melts, cut a little off those circles then used melted candy to attach them to the hat. It looked great and was the first thing to get eaten! My father went a little crazy "cake-scaping"...hence all the decor in the photos.
