I shaped this cake out chocolate cake layers and vanilla buttercream. I covered it in mmf. The handle is gumpaste. We were having a very rainy week, and nothing seemed to be holding it's place. But the party was indoors with air conditioning and pulled it's self together at the last minute. This was the first purse cake that I've made and so I wanted to keep it simple. Which i'm extremely glad I did because of the weather and moisture in the air.
