This is the cake I made for my mom's 60th birthday. Top layer was white cake with vanilla frosting, bottom layer was chocolate cake with strawberries, chocolate ganache & chocolate mousse filling and covered in chocolate frosting. Can you tell she likes chocolate? The roses were made from fondant.
