This was done for my brother in laws wedding. White cake with creamcheese and fresh strawberry filling and covered in buttercream. The roses are all gumpaste. I did not have a real rose to use or any instructions. I made it up using pictures of old garden roses. Each rose has 40-50 petals on it using circle cutters. I was pleasantly surprised when I seen the real roses at the wedding, you couldn't even tell!
