Made this one for my daughter's 7th birthday, Ariel themed, of course! I used the Wilton Ariel pan and found the details to be quite difficult, especially her eyes. BC icing with graham cracker "sand" and white chocolate seashells I made from a mold. Me staying up until the wee hours of the morning making this was all worth while when I saw Alayna's reaction to it the first time she saw it!!
