Just finished a Disney Fairy-themed cake I made for my nieces birthday tomorrow! Last year I made her a Disney Princess-themed castle cake, so I guess I'm keeping with the Disney theme! Who knows about next year! *LOL* I had a bit of a difficult time last night with the top tier, but I started over again this morning and was really pleased with how everything turned out! Top tier is chocolate with chocolate ganache filling and bottom tier is a vanilla cake with Oreo buttercream filling. I got the Disney Fairies from ebay that came in the mail yesterday! Just in time!
