This cake was made for a 50th surprise birthday party. The stadium is yellow cream cake covered in vanilla buttercream, some fondant and sugarpaste detailing. The columns are mini marshmallows. The base cake is a two-layer half sheet cake: Kentucky Butter Cream filled with a Bavarian Cream, covered in Vanilla Buttercream. The cakes rest on a Black Fondant and Black Buttercream covered cake board "parking lot" with handmade chocolate candy cars. I used edible photo icing sheets to place photos of the recipient's family on the scoreboard and jumbotrons I placed around the stadium. The "fans" were multi-colored and red sprinkles (jimmies)
