These are dental themed cakes made for a dentist's surprise birthday party. They are a chocolate chip cookie cake with vanilla buttercream. They were covered in ganache and then in fondant. The dental tools and dentist are made of a mixture of fondant and gumpaste. Thanks for looking! :)
