Bottom tier is covered with black fondant and white fondant strips, third tier is covered in black fondant and hand-piped royal icing scrollwork, second tier is quilted black fondant with royal icing dots, and top tier is layered black and white fondant with royal icing pearls and accented with a black fondant bow.
