Justin Bieber birthday cake for a sweet girl, this was a last minute cake, I was asked if I could do this cake one day before her bday party!! I had to think quick, ran to the store and couldn't find anything Justin Bieber, but I did find party goodie bags! And that's what that is, a goodie bag! I cut the bottom off, inserted a cake board I cut to size, and inserted skewers thru the board on the bottom to hold it up!! ;-)
