This was my first giant cupcake that i made for a little girls birthday. I diddnt intend decorating the whole cake with buttercream, but the bottom half of the cake started to break up when i took it out of the mould and i diddnt have time to make another one and i thaught buttercream would disguise it the best. Thanks to 'sweetindulgance' - i'll try your way next time my cake turns out.
