This cake was constructed with a magarita flavored cake, margarita glaze and lime buttercream icing. I baked it in a 6 and 10 inch bowl. The Patron bottle and diamond was made of sugar candy and the triple sec bottle, lime, roses, butterfly and umbrella were all made of fondant. I used toothpicks to construct the umbrella as well. Laffy Taffy was used to decorate the stem and rim of the glass. White and green sugar was used to top the drink and to trim the rim of the glass.
