This is a 12-inch round chocolate cake. Two ingredients only: Chocolate and eggs. It was sooooo rich! and sooooo good! It was served with whipcream to cut the richness a little. The cornucopia, fruit and vegetables are made from modeling chocolate. Once the form of the cornucopia was made from the modeling chocolate, I did a basketweave design on top with chocolate buttercream. It was iced with pourable chocolate gnanche. No one wanted to cut this cake! lol
