I made this cake for my moms birthday, its my first try at gumpaste flowers. Thought I would give daisys a try. The green part is not my fav and in hindsight I may have done something different. All in all its a live and learn thing and I find I learn new things all the time in the cake world. Its a chocolate WASC cake with vanilla buttercream and vanilla pudding filling. All covererd in Satin Ice fondant and fondant with tylose powder flowers.
