My Daughter is a true Carolina Tarheels girl, so we had to go with those colors for her Birthday cake! The bottom tier is chocolate fudge cake with chocolate ganache filling, covered in buttercream then fondant. The top tier is yellow cake with vanilla buttercream filling and icing topped by fondant. I formed the crown using gum paste and most of the other accents are fondant. TFL! :)
