I made these for my daughter's teachers birthday. SHe just adores her and wanted to bring in cupcakes for the class to celebrate her birthday with her. She is very much into the environment, nature, recycling etc. hence, the theme of the cupcakes. I love love love these cupcakes. There is just something about them , I think they are my favorites that I have done so far.
