This cake was covered with black fondant and had white gumpaste stephanotis flowers; white satin ribbon. It was a chocolate fudge cake with chocolate ganache filling and vanilla buttercream under the fondant. I thought the design and flavor were both risky choices for the bride, but I think it looks quite elegant.
