A friend was giving a baby shower and the expecting mother decorated the nursery in the Carter's Pink Elephant theme. Cake is covered in fondant, and circles on cake board, stitching on ribbon and white stitched elephant are all hand painted. Other elephants are made out of MMF and outlined in royal icing. TFL!
