Pink Champagne cake with Champagne butter cream icing. Sun bather is 50/50 fondant and gum paste. Palm Trees are pretzels w/ 50/50 fondant and gum paste. Water fall is piping gel. Sea life is all fondant. Sand is brown sugar. White Chocolate sea shells around the border of the cake. This one was lots of fun to make, but need to work on size ratio...lol...
