his was a Lilo and Stitch cake that I made for a special little girl turning 1. The bottom tier was rum cake with buttercream filling, the middle tier was red velvet cake with chocolate chips and cream cheese filling and the top tier was rum cake with buttercream filling. The cake was covered in fondant and the figures, flowers, palm tree etc.. were made out of gumpaste. TFL ...this cake was a lot of fun to make.
