Pac Man and friends cupcakes made for an 80's Themed 30th birthday party (I also made a rubik's cube cake for the same party). I also put little yellow dots on mini-cupcakes so that they could be set up on the table to look like pacman was chomping on the dots, and the ghosts were chasing him. All the toppers (pacman, dots, ghosts) are made of royal icing. The icing underneath is buttercream
