This is just a plain white cake that I shaped to look like a postal truck. The eagle and stripes are made with fondant. The windows are sliver edible flakes. The wheels are made from chocolate cupcakes with the tops cut off and two bottoms iced together with chocolate frosting. It was a huge hit!
