This is a cake I made for my mother's birthday. The blue hearts are dyed white chocolate with a blue shimmer; the brown are milk chocolate with a bronze shimmer. The stars, roses and curlies are fondant/gum paste. The little box holding some of the flowers is also fondant/gum paste. The cake is chocolate with buttercream icing.
