Used a real Barbie doll wrapped in Saran Wrap from Waist down...(actual birthday present)...Pink Dress - used two 8" round cakes (stacked) and then the Barbie was pressed down in top cake which was the Wilton Doll Pan! Moberly, MO Dec 2009
