I made this for my sister's 20th birthday and she loved it! I had total creative freedom, as long as the colors were lime green & teal. Bottom layer is 6", top layer is 4". French vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream, covered in vanilla fondant. Bow and all decorations are fondant/gumpaste mix. TFL!
