View from the side. I made this cake for a friend's wedding. Bottom tier is a Styrofoam dummy and the rest is cake, and all are covered with ivory fondant. The swirl design was hand-piped with royal icing; the quilted pattern was created by pressing a ruler into the side of the cake; and the dots on the top tier were made with royal icing. The flowers were all hand-made with gum paste. Thanks for looking!
