Each organ (lungs, stomach, heart, kidney, etc) of the rotting corpse is a different flavor cake, covered in fondant and airbrushed. I tempered some white chocolate and piped it out onto wax paper to make the ribs, then stood them up to make the rib cage. Topped it off with very thin red buttercream as blood.
