This is my wedding cake. This is the very first wedding cake we have ever made. Talk about stressful! But in the end it was wonderful. The cake flavors were, chocolate w/ peanut butter filling, red velvet w/ cream cheese, sour cream white cake w/ my moms raspberry filling, white cake w/ lemon filling, and white cake w/ strawberry filling. I baked cakes for a week straight, then I started on 200 white roses..Talk about hand cramps! The cakes have ribbon on the bottom w/ a bead border, and roses on top. It was very hot out side on my wedding day and we were under a tent, some of the roses wanted to take a tumble down the cake. (Mom saved the day) I could have not made this cake with out all of my moms help. Thank you mom!!! And thank you for taking all of the cake classes with me, we make the best team!
