the groom is a musician. He has a tattoo on his calf with a music note and martini glass to he wanted it on his cake as well. It was 7 layers of genoise soaked in a rum simple syrup. I layered it with chocolate ganache and I iced it in a chocolate italian merengue. the design was piped on with fudge icing.
