The party was at Chuck E. Cheese, so it seemed fitting to try some pizza cakes! Each is a single layer 10" round but since I torted and filled them, they look like deep-dish pizzas. The idea, of course, was from the many, many pizza cakes here on CC. The crust and veggies are fondant, the "sauce" is pureed strawberries, the mozzarella is IMBC, the pepperonis are fruit rollers and the parmesan is shaved white chocolate. The pizza cutter is made of gumpaste. I somehow managed to pipe the birthday inscription - twice! Yay me! LOL.
