all fondant, used edible writing pen to do tha label, wet sugar for the ice look. this cake was almost a disaster but i manage the cover what i can. this cake started out over 15" but sank a couple cuz due to inexperience, trial & error...but it was fun and the cake remained stable and the client loved it!
