Not my best work but it was just for my company summer party. Just something fun for me to do. The bottom is a two layer chocolate fudge cake with cream cheese frosting in the middle and the ball is spice cake also with cream cheese frosting. Had a problem with the bottom layers. One cake was too moist and cracked. The side of my cake was caving in. Oh well. I got 4 cake orders from it and more promises for cake orders down the road. Not too bad for my worst cake....
