Pumpkin Patch Cake - This full sheet double layer cake (20" x 28") was 1/2 chocolate, 1/2 golden yellow cake. The layers were tinted purple and green - buttercream filling (tinted black) - and chocolate buttercream frosting accented with ghost peeps. The pumpkin patch "dirt" is made from crumbled graham crackers. The pumpkin was a double layer 6" golden yellow cake with buttercream filling (tinted orange) - carved into a pumpkin shape. The hat is a large scratch baked cookie with a sugar cone for the point. Both the hat and pumpkin are frosted in buttercream.
