Mom's birthday is on April Fool's Day so I wanted to do something a little different for her! Mini cheeseburgers and fries! There is a lot going on with these little cakes - the buns are yellow cake sprinkled with poppy seeds with chocolate "burgers". The lettuce, tomato, and cheese slices are all candy clay. Ketchup and mustard are Earlene's cream cheese frosting (shelf stable...yay!). "Fries" are toasted coconut pound cake.
