I made this cake for my nephew's 2nd birthday. I thought I would make the shape of the #2 into a litle race track and have a couple cars "racing" to the finish line. At the finish line there is stars shooting up into the sky to celebrate.

This is my 3rd real cake I have ever made (I stick mostly to cookies!!)

It's a BC chocolate cake with a thin layer of chocolate icing. Covered in fondant. Everything on the cake is edible minus the wire to hold up the fondant stars.
