I made this for my husbands birthday. The cake is a chocolate cake with Cookies and Creme BC filling. This was my first time covering a cake with fondant...not as easy as I thought it would be. All of the figures, fish, and rocks are made from fondant and edible food coloring (except for the fishing pole and line ,which was a toothpick and real fishing line) The water was done with store bought edible spray paint.
