I was asked to make a cake to celebrate the 110th anniversary of the founding of our church. WASC cake but I used passion fruit juice instead of water & orange extract instead of almond. Frosted with Passion fruit BC & covered with white chocolate fondant...yummy. All decorations are gumpaste/sugarpaste, bookmarker is fondant .
