This cake is 8" 12" and 15" square layers. It is white sour cream cake on the top and bottom layers and chocolate sour cream cake on the middle layer. It is all filled with bavarian cream. I made this for a bride having her wedding at the local farmers market. When I arrived to set up the cake I was left with a lose bucket of greens and flowers. This is what I came up with. My second cake from home.
