Made this cake for the same customer as the last pregnant lady cake I made. This time for a different shower. She had the 4D ultrasound pics done of her baby and wanted me to display it on her cake. I think it turned out really neat. Everything iced in b/c. Arms and legs are made of fondant and pic is printed on rice paper and then glued with piping gel to a thin sheet of fondant to prevent the picture from ripping since it was not laying flat. I am thrilled with the results of this cake!!
