This is the cake I made for my daughter's 5th birthday. The fondant poodle on top is modeled after her favorite stuffed animal, a pink poodle beanie baby. It is my first attempt at an animal figure and it was a learning experience, but lots of fun! Cake decorations inspired by the poodle plates that I ordered online.
