This was a birthday cake for my husband who loves the Red Sox and the Patriots. I tried a few new things, like the cap and a FBCT. The transfer didn't work out so good, so then I used royal icing instead. Any comments or tips? The cap and football field are covered with MMF, and the baseball field is buttercream. The bill of the cake is gumpaste.
