Christmas Log
I made this cake for both Christmas and my mom's birthday. It's an ice cream cake. The cake is chocolate with coffee ice cream. The frosting is chocolate butter cream. The "snow" is shaved white chocolate. The decorations are royal icing. This really was a fun cake to make!
