Police Academy Graduation Badge
This cake was requested by an officer graduating from the Police Academy tomorrow. It's a 1/2 sheet cake carved in the shape of the police badge. Covered with MMF and painted with silver luster dust and gold luster dust for the State Capitol domes. The recruit loved the cake when my husband took it to work today for her.
cute! just wondering if painted silver luster changes the taste at all? It looks great, the mmf ribbon really adds dimension and shadows!
I don't think the luster dust changes at all. I used extract with it when I painted.
this is great i am doing a badge next weekend. How does the luster work with painting it on?
