This is my first cake . it is a yellow cake covered in butter cream and the pieces are fondant. the beads going around the tiers are colored buttercream. It was done for a friends mom's 50th birthday party that was Mardi Gras themed. the bottom tier got a little smudged on the car ride but i still think it looks good. Im proud of how it came out but i know it looks kinda amateurish.
