That is wonderful. Very cute and colorful. What are the seaweed or leaves made out of? Are the bubbles edible? Is fondant on the cake board? Sorry for all the questions! Love this!
The seaweed is made of Gumpaste and the Bubbles are made of Fondant rolled in super pearl luster dust, and yes the board is covered in fondant they brushed with super pearl luster dust to give it a shine. Oh and the bubbles are edible. :wink:
