Willow Tree Wedding
This cake is death by chocolate! It was WASC chocolate with bittersweet ganache filling, creme de cocoa syrup, milk chocolate frosting on the sides and IMBC bittersweet chocolate on the tops of each cake. Then there were Costco truffles around the base of each tier and the two tone rope piped on top. I frosted each cake upside down to get the two flavor frosting to look nice. Thanks Indydebi for help with securing the topper. It was perfect!!

The buttercream is IMPECCABLE! How'd you do the rope? Can you link me to the upside down technique debi helped you with?
